The most helpful things I learned...
1. Minnesota nice does NOT exist and if you can't accept that you will get destroyed.
2. As a sign of respect, always hand things and take things from people with your right hand while your left hand is used to support your forearm/wrist.
3. Always bow when greeting or leaving someone.
4. When motioning someone to "come here," you do not point your fingers up in the air and wave them over. Instead, you point your hand toward the ground as if you are shooing them away.
5. If you are trying to converse with a Korean person and they don't understand you...you just need to add an extra "uhh" syllable to the end of each word and they will probably know exactly what you are saying.
